Plus, the binders that I ordered were very well wrapped and I love the little thank you card that was placed in the package along with the invoice. That just reinforces the idea that this is a classy outfit I am dealing with. Certainly I will order from Rose Lane Cottage again. I have seen the Anna Griffin home office binders a wee bit cheaper at other sites, but chose Rose Lane Cottage because of their selection, shipping costs and ease of use of their website. It is in way comparable to a major merchant level of customer care.
