Rose Lane Cottage accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, or PayPal as payment methods for on-line purchases. We can also accept money orders or personal checks for mail orders. Simply send a money order or check with a list of your desired products and preferred shipping method and we will process the order. Remember to add shipping costs to your order and please note that we cannot ship orders purchased via a personal check until the funds have cleared.

Returns and Exchanges
Many of the items and products sold by Rose Lane Cottage are handcrafted. Any apparent imperfections, blemishes, or distress marks are a natural part of the handcrafting process and are intended to provide each piece with a unique and individual touch. Please be aware that these characteristics exist in many of our pieces and that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for items that are intentionally distressed or antiqued. We also cannot provide a refund or exchange for an item that is excessively worn or damaged by the customer.
We personally inspect and carefully package each item prior to shipment to you to ensure that it is not broken or damaged. In the rare instance that your item is damaged in transit, simply e-mail us at Info@RoseLaneCottage.com or call us at (623) 215-3064 and request a return authorization and direct mailing address. You must receive a return authorization prior to returning the item. Requests for returns must be made in writing and received by Rose Lane Cottage within 15 days of delivery to the customer. Your order must be returned in the original packaging with a description of why it is being returned and a photocopy of your invoice. Please make sure that you keep the original invoice for your records.
Rose Lane Cottage will exchange or credit your form of payment at the time of receipt of returned items (less shipping). Product returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the customer must pay return shipping fees (this may be waived at the discretion of Rose Lane Cottage). There are no returns on towel bars, Cottage Clearance items, or other products marked as such on the website.
Please note that if an attempt is made to deliver your order to the address given in your order and it is unclaimed and returned to us, we will need to charge you to re-ship the item or will refund the order amount less original shipping cost.
Delivery confirmation and insurance is highly recommended
when returning merchandise.

Orders received are shipped the next business day provided the item/s ordered
are in stock. We make every effort to identify on the web site items that
are currently backordered to us or ship from the manufacturer, and these
items may take several weeks for delivery.
Rose Lane Cottage offers two shipping methods: Standard Express and Guaranteed Express (2 to 3 business day delivery). The method you choose for shipping
will determine the cost and estimated delivery time. Please note that we deliver to international addresses only with prior authorization. Please contact us if you would like to ship outside the United States.

Out of Stock Items
Merchandise that we are no longer able to get is removed from the web site
when sold out. Items available but not currently in stock generally take
2 weeks for shipment from the manufacturer. We endeavor to always identify
such items on the web site as requiring more time for delivery. However,
it is always possible that a sudden burst of orders will leave us out of
stock just as your order arrives. In such cases, we will promptly notify
you by e-mail that the item is back ordered and give you an estimated delivery
time. Of course, you may cancel such an order with no penalty if you are
unable to wait.
