Shipping Information

We ship most orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders received are shipped the next business day provided we receive the order by 10:00 AM Mountain Standard Time and the item/s ordered are in stock. We make every effort to identify on the web site items that are currently backordered to us or ship from the manufacturer, and these items may take several weeks for delivery.

Please note that we cannot deliver to international addresses.

Shipping Rates

Standard: Standard rates are based on the subtotal value of the order (before applicable) according to the table below. In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 5 to 10 business days after the order is received.

Priority: Your order can be expedited to be delivered within 2 to 3 business days for an additional $5.00 above the Standard Rate. We will utilize air service unless expedited ground service is faster. Priority service can be provided only for items that are in stock and is not available for deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii.

Overnight Air Express: We're sorry, but we do not offer overnight delivery on our products.

Common Shipping Delays

  • The most common shipping delay results from errors in shipping addresses. Please make sure that the shipping address is filled-in correctly in the order confirmation you received via email. If it is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
  • The US Postal Service does not pick-up on Sunday or Federal holidays.
  • UPS and Fed Ex do not pick-up on weekends or Federal holidays.
  • If you've ordered a product from us within the last 24 hours, the product may not have processed yet or the carrier has not picked-up the product yet from our warehouse. This is common when orders are made on weekends or holidays.

    Shipping Questions

  • You'll get an email letting you know whether your order was shipped via US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx.
  • You can click the link above to track your package.
  • If you did not get an email from us, there may be several reasons:
    • The item/s you purchased is/are backordered.
    • You may have entered your email address incorrectly on the order form.
  • Please email Info@RoseLaneCottage.com if you have any questions about your shipment.

    Out of Stock Items

    Rose Lane Cottage makes every attempt to have all items in stock. Items available but not currently in stock generally take 2 weeks for shipment from the manufacturer. We endeavor to always identify such items on the web site as requiring more time for delivery. However, it is always possible that a sudden burst of orders will leave us out of stock just as your order arrives. In such cases, we will promptly notify you by e-mail that the item is back ordered and give you an estimated delivery time. Of course, you may cancel such an order with no penalty if you are unable to wait.

    Merchandise that we are no longer able to get is removed from the web site when sold out.

    In some cases, we are unable to back-order an item that sells for less than $15.
